By initializing a session with Arqanex, you enter into a binding legal agreement with Arqanex Ltd. Access to our neural ecosystem is governed by these protocols.

2. Use License

We grant you a non-exclusive license to scale your potential using our AI platforms. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary neural weights or exploit edge-node vulnerabilities.

3. AI Accountability

Our platforms leverage generative intelligence. Arqanex is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated sentiment or data outputs. Final verification rests with the human operator.

4. Governing Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from this protocol shall be adjudicated in the courts of England and Wales, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court.
